Do you take in returns?

Yes we do. As long as the product is still in good condition and is under 7 days, we will return your payment along with the shipping cost.

Is there a warranty?

Can I have my bag repaired?

Yes. As long as it’s purchased from us, we can have your product repaired. Just email us at hello@mono.ph and we’ll see what we can do.

What are your payment options?

We accept Credit Card, Paypal, BPI bank deposits, 7-Eleven payments and Cash On Delivery.

Do you do meet ups?

Apologies but we don’t do meetups. But you can return your orders and we’ll refund the item if you’re not happy with it.

What courier service do you use?

We make use of LBC for our deliveries.

How long does shipping take?

In the Philippines, it should take around 2-3 days.

Can I find any of your products in malls or shops?

We would want to be located in a mall but we find the mark up rates of being in a good location a bit too high. We want to keep item prices low so online should be the best way for us to sell our products.

Can I return what I purchased?

Yes you can and we’ll cover shipping cost as well.

Do you guys do customisations or bulk orders?

Not for the meantime.
